▪️ Bear Plank

  • Sets: 3
  • Hold for: 30 Seconds

▪️ Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch

  • Sets: 2 (each side)
  • Hold For: 30- 60 seconds

(Dad, use a pillow for you knee!)

▪️  Standing Hip Hinge

  • Sets: 4
  • Reps: 10

▪️ Child’s Pose

  • Sets: 2
  • Hold for: 30 seconds
