Do I need to belong to a gym?
Absolutely not!
But if you do already that works also.
You can get stronger and more flexible right in your own home. All you need is a modest area to exercise (an area in the living room, den or bedroom is usually sufficient).
You may already have stretching bands or a few weights lying around. If you need anything, Dr. Ben will supply recommendations on what to purchase easily and affordably.

What if I already belong to a gym?
Dr. Ben personalizes the workouts to you, your ability level, and your equipment available. If you belong to a gym, great, that means you have more equipment to work with.
