  • Reps: 10

▪️ Bear plank

  • Sets: 3
  • Hold For: 10 Seconds

OR

▪️ Kneeling Push Up plank

  • Sets: 3
  • Hold for: 20 Seconds

▪️ Standing Hip Hinges

  • Sets: 4 (Yes, I increased this to 4!)
  • Reps: 10

▪️ Child’s Pose

  • Sets: 2
  • Hold for: 30 seconds
