  • Sets: 4
  • Reps: 10

(use 10lb dumbbells)

  • Sets: 3
  • Reps: 10

▪️ Romanian Deadlift with Dumbbells

  • Sets: 4
  • Reps: 10

probably up to 15lbs in each hand.

▪️ Sidelying Hip Abductions

  • Sets: 2 each side
  • Reps: 25

(Brutal)

▪️ Calf Raises

  • Sets: 3
  • Reps: 15-20

▪️ Seated Piriformis Stretch

  • Sets: 1 each side
  • Hold for: 30-60 Seconds
