▪️  Gastroc Stretch

  • Sets: 2 -3 each side

  • Hold for: 30 seconds (ish)

  • Hold for: 1 minute

▪️  Calf Raises

  • Sets: 3
  • Reps: 10 … you can do more with time
  • Hold for:

  • Hold for: 20-30 seconds
